Science and Programming Tutoring
Exceptional Service
We at Science and Programming Tutoring teach anything from Basic Computer Programming, including but not limited Python, R, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Tableau and Science related topics, including, but not limited to Early to Middle school science to Genetics to Experimental Design and Hypothesis testing to Developmental Biology to Advanced Protein Biochemistry. Anyone is welcome from grade school students to college and graduate students, or anyone that would like to learn, especially Programming. We will also tutor Chemistry, Physics, and Math. The hourly rate is comparable to other tutoring services and is dependent on the discipline that will be taught.

Expectations from Students or Parents
Be well prepared before each Tutoring Session
We expect a description of what you would like us to teach you. Please give us 24 hours to prepare the lesson. Be as specific as possible so that every tutor can be well prepared to help the student. For example, if the student needs help with meiosis, tell us that you are having trouble understand meiotic recombination. Or, if the student needs help with programming, and is having issues understanding the fundamental of Python, then the parent or student should have a specific topic that he or she would like us to help he or she with.
Science and Programming Tutors
At Science and Programming Tutors, we aim to give the best tutoring experience and homework help to our students ensuring that each student receives the instruction that will enable them to do well in their coursework or laboratory. We use SKYPE, Zoom, and Ziteboard, an online teaching platform to tutor our students. Using Zoom to tutor programming, we will toggle between PowerPoint and a notebook where we can run code in real-time. All of our tutors have a B.S., M.S., or PhD in the Computer Programming, Science, or Math and all have had teaching experience. Thus, we strive to make each tutoring experience unique and tutoring sessions are tailored for the particular student.

Age Range and Payments
Again, we will tutor any age, and any educational level. The hourly rate is is subject to change. If the student would like to book multiple sessions in a reasonable timeframe, we will reduce the hourly rate.
